Rough high singing in the style of Noddy Holder, Kevin Dubrow and Blackie Lawless

I'm trying to figure out if the chainsaw like singing of Noddy Holder and Kevin Dubrow is pulling chest or a screamy powerful head voice ala Brian Johnson. I'm a tenor so I've been able to pull chest for this style albeit not a particularly safe approach

Holder used more of an upper mid voice, not much bottom-end weight, but lots of power and some timbral head voice mixed in. Dubrow was more of a chesty belter with a lot of grit. Lawless sang a wide range, from lows in chest and up to his mids, then into head, just mostly all at a high volume.
