Examples of bass baritones that sing high?

I always thought that Ken was a bass baritone, but I just found out he's a lyric baritone! What's the difference between the two? Could a baritone (lyric) sing a C#2? I know Ken can, and it sound very rich and full actually, but that's probably because of great thechnique! Could a bass baritone sing as high as ken does, with the same training, or is that not really possible? I heard of baritones (and high baritones) singing in the tenor range, but I never heard about bass baritones singing in the tenor range...

Maybe David Coverdale? Or is he a lyric baritone as well? And Ian Gillan? He goes as low as my dad (C#2 or C2).

We don't get too bound-up on putting labels on singers here. That tends to try to put you into a box. We focus on busting you out of the box.

Just know that your voice can grow, despite what you may have been told.
