Volume 1 tongue exercise

Just started. Watching the video on my I-pad is a little grainy and I cannot tell if Ken is curling his tongue like a taco shell or if you just stick out your tongue straight as you do the exercise. Ken says it must feel like a ball in the back of your throat but if I do that I notice I start to get jaw tension and that IS NOT what KTVA is all about.

    On the tongue exercise, it's more like a hotdog, not a taco shell. You just move the tongue forward, and create more space at the back of the throat. That's the "Ball-shape". Do it, but don't overdo it.
