How do i sing this song?

Hello all,
I would like to know what kind of approach do i make to singing this song? I notice that sting is constantly on the upper range. What kind of vocal techniques do i use? any vocal exercises from KTVA you would recommend? Thanks

Since it involves a lot of C5's B4's and A4's, you need to stretch your chest voice up enough so that it's not at the very top of your range. So get your chest stretched up to at least C# or D5. Thin it down a lot. There is no girth in Sting's sound. Timbre, yes. Girth, no.

After you are able to sing it in chest, you can mix it a little bit to make it easier, but you need to be able to have a thin slice of chest in there to make it sound real.

Get really good with paring down the weight as you get into your upper notes.

Do your chest-stretching to get your voice working in this range with chest voice, then mix to taste.
