I just came here to say hi, and I hope to enjoy my time here on the forum. Where exactly should I start on the discs when they arrive?

    Volume 1 video. Watch it several times. Then start doing the Volume 1 exercises. Plan on doing Volume 1 workouts for a considerable amount of time, as you will need to have time exercising and stimulating growth in the voice. Plan on a few months on Volume 1.
