You were doing well on your Lay exercise, until you got off-balance and lost your place. It took you several scales to get back on track.

Go for a brighter sound. It will be best if you stand up for your workouts, as well.

ok cool thanks. :-) i noticed it helps when i cup my ears so i can hear the video exercise when i am doing it. i have been watching Ken's painkiller cover on youtube, man that really inspires me to keep at this long term.
