5 - 6 days a week 1 hour workout and about 2 or 3 times a week of 2 - 3 hours singing.
At the moment I am doing Volume one workout first with Ken then followed immediately by piano only. Somedays I will also do the diva workout, but have to really be careful there as it would be really easy to strain and overdo it.
3 days a week with KTVA Phase 3... each session lasts about an hour.
2-3 days a week working on my band's setlist . Each session can run an hour or more, depending on how caught up I get in it. This entails singing the songs through and focusing hard on developing the nuances (phrasing) and vowel mods of different singers. I guess this falls into both vocal training and ear-training.

So 5-6 + days a week / 6-10 hours a week
