Raspy voice .

So, for the past 4 months I've been singing uncontrollably ( Ex. 5 hours or so a day) But today, my voice can't get up a E4 without sounding gritty and raspy. It's a horrible sound. Consulting so I know what the problem is and how I can cure it. Probably just rest it for a couple of days, I was belting some Bb4's as well, like a lot.

I'm not sure why you would sing uncontrollably for 5 hours a day for 4 months? What is it that you are singing? You can hurt your voice by singing too hard, or with poor technique.
