Hi, have started working with the new course. I understand we are supposed to do the exercises twice, one to bridge chest and head and one to stretch chest. Which one do we do first?
Either way is fine. I prefer to do bridging into head voice first, because it's more gentle and I can warm up while bridging lightly into head voice. The main point is to do both, or you may neglect one or the other and the one that you neglect will atrophy, rather than develop.
Thank you for the answer. That makes sense to start light. I'm still uncertain of how 'stretching' chest is done through the range of the exercises without strain.
