@JAZZ1995 I'm not quite sure I understand your question but I'd consider a hooty sound as head voice. Think about a fun time where you might do a woo hoo. When you do this, the timbre of your voice will be more of a head voice sound. Technically, in terms of harmonics, most of the sound is coming from the pitch you're singing i.e. the overtones in the sound are less prominent than the fundamental harmonic.
