Discovery on Diaphramatic support

Thought I would share with you this monings revelations. I was singing and found a second "sweet spot" with my diaphram placement. I always wanted to come out of "Contralto, and go in to a mid Alto" I finally did it. The discovery was based more on the amount of air intake, feeling the diaphram flex to a certain point. not expelling too much air and getting through more than one lyrical line with one breath - this made me learn about air exhailation.

What a wonderful day today

Glad to hear the pieces are falling into place for you, Caroline.
Conserving breath, and singing with less air is a very important aspect of singing.

    All the best,
