Strong Diaphragmatic Support

Hi, everyone! I want to ask maybe very simple question. What means phrase "you need stronger diaphragmatic support"? How it gets stronger? What changes occur in the body when I increase power of my diaphragmatic support? I mean, what's the difference between regular diaphragmatic support and stronger DS?

I don't think that is what I said.

Stronger means just that. STRONGER. To get stronger at anything we need to work whatever it is we need to strengthen. So if someone says to use stronger diaphragmatic support, what would you work on? Diaphragmatic support right?

Ken has videos on youtube explaining, and demonstrating how to do diaphragmatic support. I would start there.

Thanks for response! Thing is, I already watched tons of videos about diaphragmatic support. And basically I started to understand how it works. The only question is: what is "strength in the abdomen"? Is it high pressure that tights up the muscles in the abdomen? Or strength it's how hard I push down on the abdomen? I read somewhere here that when I go higher I need to push down on my diaphragm. So how can I do that? I will be very grateful if you help me to find the way.

In Ken's videos I can't fing that.

It's how hard you push down. Some songs require more strength than others.

Hm...I think I try to push it down...but when I push it down it feels like my abdomen is very tight and it makes my breath is kinda inconsistent. It don't feels like power, it more like squeeze, but without straining the throat. If that makes sense.

Using correct Diaphragmatic support should make your breathing More consistent.
