I want buy the course "order DVD" (anytime soon) and I'd like to know how long do I have to wait for course? (I live in Europe...) .

And what are costs of delivery?

    The costs of delivery are included in the price you pay. Products ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. Delivery should be within ten days to 2 weeks.
