Do i have vocal nodules? Also i got a flu

I just wonder if i have vocal nodules. I start to sing for like 2 months ago but before that i abused of distortion and screaming without good technique and my throat seems to have a irritation since then. Im also get a flu now, and i lost my voice a bit, but my voice got very very hoarse. Every minute i need to "ghh-hh" from my throat to get rid of that hoarse.

Should i visit a doctor to be sure that is all right until that? Also i need to speak a lot every day, because i have school and i cant stand without speaking if someone ask me something.

Yes. It's time to go to the doctor, and you might as well try to go to one that will scope your throat and take a look at your vocal cords. You my just have some bad swelling, or you could actually have nodules. Better to know than to not know.
