It is difficult to hear your voice in this recording. The guitar is too loud. Could you do it again and let the voice come more in the foreground?

I would include some guitar, but please DO make the voice predominant so we can really hear what you are doing vocally. We need just enough guitar to be able to make out the proper pitch and key context. That is very little guitar.
Don't feel bad that we're all saying this. Once you get the balance right, you will know how to do it in the future and your evaluations will be more about your voice and less about the mix.

Thanks for remixing the demo. This is far better for our purposes here, and much easier on the ears.
I'm thinking that you need to open up your throat more the way Ken demonstrates in the "It's the Lah! AH!" demo.
I understand that this is more of a worship song you are using for a demo, but I'm wanting to hear more tone than you are demonstrating, and I know it's there inside of you, waiting to be released.
Part of opening your throat with the feeling of the beginning of a yawn, will be that your larynx will naturally come down just a skoshe, and that will give a little more depth to your tone. Similarly, if you open up your jaw a bit more and make sure your teeth are bared and clear of your lips, that will brighten the tone more.
A little more support will produce a bit more body and consistency, which will also augment your tone.
Finally, a bit more cord closure will also build more tone into your voice.
You do have pretty good pitch discernment. You may or may not agree with my suggestions, but I feel you would benefit from making some adjustments in these areas. Nothing gigantic, just dial it in a bit in these ways, and you'll find more refinement in what you're doing.

@ryker, good work. You have a nice clean bright tone. The pitch waivers in some areas but increasing support would help with that. Don't be afraid to support a little more it may seem like more effort or volume to you but right now the vocal sounds a little too laid back or lazy. Strive for clean strong tone on the low end. Then you can work at adding more air to give a breathier but still supported tone for emotion. Overall on the right track has a bit of a Jars if Clay tone. Which isn't bad in my opinion:)
