Give yourself a little more time. Take it easy and lightly until these notes begin to feel a little less difficult for you. That will come in time. New notes are fragile, and need time for your cords and your support to be able to handle them.

You are in chest voice. It's just that you're straining because the notes are high for you. Take your time and take it easy. Strength is not instantaneous. Instead of forcing the notes, ease into them a little more lightly and give yourself all the time it takes for you to physically grow into these higher chest notes. Push down on your diaphragm to reduce the amount of air pressure you are putting on your cords to sing these notes.

Close down the back of the throat just a bit with the Loft sound. Instead of AH try Aw/O as in Loft... Awwwwwwwwwww, Awwwwwwwww, instead of AHHHH, AHHHHH.

Don't force the notes. Allow them.
