Lost videos can i get a new download link?

Hi ,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but i purchased Ken's course back in 2012 , life kind of got in the way and i stopped singing. I am now starting back again but i downloaded the vids on a different lap top which is now dead. Of course i didn't back it up so i have lost the dvd's. Does anyone know if it's possible to get a new download link and who to contact?

If you cant get a new link you could probably take the hard drive out and retrieve them. I think they sell really cheap stuff for that on Ebay. Its like a big USB stick just a little more complicated. -

There is a reasonable fee for downloads after the first year, if I'm not mistaken.

Look up your receipt on paypal. Copy and paste it into your email to KTVA.
Explain your situation, and they will let you know what you need to do.
