Falsetto help no.2

I posted another thread about me unable to access certain parts of my falsetto about three days ago. Now, again I can access my all the parts of my falsetto. Although, it sounds weird. If someone can identify my problem, and tell me what it is and how to fix it, that'll be amazing.

Thank you,
Guy

P.S I did start working out with the program again, about two days ago, and in those two workout I had no issue with bridging.

The recording isn't the best, so I'm not sure exactly what the part is you want identified. It sounds a little crackly in the first part, and then at the end when you go down out of head voice into chest voice, you clunk instead of connect. That's just abrupt bridging.

Nevermind, I fixed it. I blew out my voice with distortion, and took a day off after it. Next day practised getting cord closure back, then worked out with the program and its all back and functioning.
