Singing cool-downs [?]

Hey, guys. Are there any videos from KTVA that cover cooling down after doing a singing lesson?

Also, is it enough to be doing the daily warm-ups, as well as the other videos that cover breath support, voice range, etc?

Thanks, guys

If you do the daily workouts that will be enough. You should do them once bridging into head voice and then again stretching chest voice and resisting going into head voice.

You don't need to cool down with any specific method. You can simply stop, or do your tongue exercises and lip rolls if you like.

Thank you for your input. When you say 'bridging into head voice', do you mean what Ken describes in his slider exercises, where you back off on the volume to a stage where you can seamlessly sing from chest voice into head voice?

Not so much on sliders. Sliders are for blending into mix voice.

When you sing scales and each note is its own "step", you sometimes come to a place where you run out of room going up, or you "yodel" into head voice and can keep on going higher in falsetto or "head voice".

When you learn to smoothly transition into head voice from chest voice on a stepped scale, that is "bridging". It's also called "connecting". You learn to smoothly do that without the "speed bump" or yodel. You do need to back off on the volume with this skill, also. If you do it too loud, your voice will "clunk" and yodel when you try to bridge. We "bridge" at the "passaggio" or passage between chest voice and head voice.
