New from Phoenix, Az

Hello! Started singing later in life, and it didn't take long to find Ken's excellent videos on youtube and become a big fan. I grew up as a teenager in the 70-80's listening to Led Zepplin and Aerosmith at full volume. But my parents listened to a lot of Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins, Glen Campbell, Elvis, Dean Martin, and Tony Bennett. It turns out those songs had a special place in my heart. After Mom passed a few years ago I started listening to all those old vinyl records. And, in the last year or so...I've gotten interested in trying to do them some justice to honor her memories. Working on many of her old favorite songs. :-) I call it "cellphone karaoke" from the big recliner. LOL!
