what is the right way to stretch our Chest Voice range?

ok guys so here what I wanna tell you..I have been doing ken's free lessons for almost 8 months now..during this time,im really satisfied with my new developed chest tone..it get thicker thicker and thicker by day..but I barely improve my chest range at all..the first 3 months when I did ken's free lesson,I noticed my chest range improved couple of notes..after that point,it kind of stopped..and till this day im still stuck at the same note which is f4..care to tell me where did I go wrong??? please help me guys.. :'( I really wanna improve my chest range..

    a warm Welcome here in the forums of Ken Tamplin. It is very nice to have you here. My name is Marco,, I am 48 years old and I am from Germany.

    You didn't tell us whether you are male or female, but from the F4 you told us I guess you are male. Probably a male, that would be judged in a classical system (vocal fachs) as a baritone. Same for me.

    It is very good to read that you already earned great skills doing Ken's free videos. They are great, aren't they? - We have here a student, @Diego, who made tremendous progress just by doing Ken's free videos. Hear that:

    But we have also some students who are coming from very poor countries who will never be able to buy Ken's course. May I ask where you come from?

    @doc_ramadani sorry..and yeah you're right..im a male..and im 21.. im from malaysia.. ok so can you tell me the probability why I stuck at the same level? maybe because I did exercise incorrectly?? or it just take a little time??

    Hi @mey_luqman98 ,

    good to have you here, We have a very cool guy from Myanmar here ( @SoeWunna ) who makes great original music. Maybe he wants to join us.

    And to your question: there could be a lot of reasons. One reason might be that you will have to know what exercises you will have to do at a certain time. We learn this here at KTVA. Ken's course is thought well and I think that there is a good reason that he asks me to do this or that.

    Maybe you want to upload a video. This could help us to give you better advice.

    @doc_ramadani ok sir..I will definitely upload the video when I have time..another question I want to ask is,when I do chest voice exercise,do I always have to be gentle with my voice?? or is it ok if I went a little rough like maybe do it with litlle loud??

    sir can you tell me what kind of exercise should I do daily to stretch my chest voice? maybe all this time I did the wrong exercise..and I expect to improve my chest range at least 1 note a month or two..

    This happens all the time. I was stuck at F4 for a LONG time. But then i had my AHA moment and got past same happened for G4, G#4, A4.....and I'm currently stuck between B4 and high C. As long as you keep that drive to get past it, you'll get there sooner than expected. Try to get EVERY piece of info out of the videos. Each time you watch them you learn something new.

    @Diego true..It can be really discourage..sometimes,I even thought of giving up..but whenever I wanna give up, I thought of "I have come this far,there's no turning back now"..it's one of the things that keep me going..

    @mey_luqman98 Hello there. The best thing you can to is get the course+ pro packs. You will find it amazing. No other courses are as effective as Ken's. It gives my voice the NO2 boost. While my friends from the same vocal class were amazed why I got better than them in 6 months. It's kina like I took the class 2 years earlier than them. But not really.......Its because of Ken's the course+.

    I've done a lot more covers since that one came out! My voice is expanding in a way I didn't think possible before!
