Hi
My name is Alena, I'm from Louisiana. It's great to be here! I've been doing the exercises for about a week now and I can already see an improvement.
I do have a question, I tried sending my receipt thru email about a month ago to request student access. I haven't gotten any replies and I still can't see anything but the blue categories. Is this correct for me?

Thank you for sending in your receipt. We can check what has happened. @highmtn @doc_ramadani
if you have different E-Mail-Accounts try to send from another account. Google Mail would be fine. For some reasons Google Mail judges some accounts as SPAM. So probably the didn't receive the receipt (I had this problem too). Normally it takes less than 24 hours to get the forum status upgraded.
