Sore throat

SlimrockSlimrock 2.0 ENROLLED Posts: 4
I've been signing a lot because of quarantine. A lot more than usual. My throat feels sored, but the sound of my voice is unchanged. Maybe a little bit more airy and I have to put a little more effort than usual to sing. Since I'm working muscles I guess it's normal to feel sored sometimes. But it's obvious that I need some rest.
But how do I rest my voice? And how long? 1 day? 2 days?
There are so much things on the internet about sings of vocal fatigue but almost nothing on what to do if that happens
Thank you!

Normal to get muscle ache if we exercise more than normal, as long as your not going hoarse and as you progress through the course you will build stength and agility. Next day when your doing your vocal exercises do them gently to begin with and see how you go from there try to avoid taking too much time off if you need a break take say 1 day.
