Hey everyone,
My name is Brett and I've been singing for about 1 year before joining the KTVA program. I've seemed to ditch the neck and jaw and shoulder tension but I sometimes feel tension build in my inner back. Does anyone know what causes this ?

Make sure you are allowing for full relaxation on your inhale. Even if you have to slow your exercises down. Make sure you take the time to fully relax the back muscles if you are finding those are tightening up on you as you relax the core.
