Chest voice

I was just wondering if I can and how to make my thinner belting register notes sound the same as if I was incorrectly bringing up too much mass(which is naturally louder and bigger but isn't good to do)

If I read your question correctly, you want your belting register to have a fuller sound? You need to have alot of support and experiment with your placement of the vowel and make sure you aren't using too much air.

Alright, It's like I can get to the belting register just fine if I sing up to it, but if I try and start a note that high or really close to it, It's has too much mass along with it and it won't allow me to go very much higher

Does this have a lot to do with placing the vowel in the right spot from muscle memory?

    Correct it does.
