Hello I am Philippe and I have a question

To learn the lowered larynx, do I just have to do "Lah, ah, ah, AAAHHH, ah, ah" sorry because I am trying to understand what Ken tamplin is saying, I know that the vowel "A" allows more opening So this technique is really good?

A good indication is if your ah has very similar tonal quality to Ken, then it's likely your larynx is lowered. Creating the yawning sensation to make space also will help. If you own the course you should get your student access.
