Hello
I've been doing KTVA consistenly now for about 4 months, 5 to 6 days a week with up to 2 to 3 days where I do the exercises back to back.
I'm having some parents coming over to visit, they'll be here in a way that I won't be able to sing or practice because I won't have the room I need and I won't be able to get too loud.
My question is, how much does taking 1 week off affects the growing off the voice?
