@Wigs sounds like a fun and interesting venture! Question - can I just do one of the demos or do I have to do all of them?

@jmstanle you can sing either or both songs. You can sing it however you like, it's really all just for fun. I've done a few of them here and there, they are good fun and a challenge to sing something outside your box sometimes which can be a positive learning experience.
