Is my DVD missing something??

Hey there you guys. SO I ordered the DVD. I have been doing the Volume 1 starter exercises. But now I'm doing the Main exercises.
In the starter Exercises, there were OH and OOH exercises.
But In the Main Exercises, there aren't any exercises on the OH and OOH vowels.
My question is, is my DVD missing any files?
If not, why didn't Ken add the OH and OOH exercises??
