How does the download work?

I was going to buy the download version of How to Sing Volume 1. But I wanted to know how that works. Am I given the files that I could put on a cd for the car etc?

    You are given many files, which includes an audio portion which you can burn to a CD for the car.

    The audio files are mp3.  If you can burn CD's on your computer for your car, you will be able to make CD"s for rehearsing.
