Technique feedback getting there!!

I'm a few doors away from being where I've always wanted to be, this journey isnt over yet, but I presume it never does end. Just recently I was able to tap into my upper range, biggest enemy is tension. What else jumped out, and how should I proceed? But yeah. Tension is the one of the final bosses here.

Very first thing you need to change is your posture. The higher you go the further you look down restricting your throat. Its a confidence thing too, "the high note is coming so Ill shy away from it and the audience" mentality.

When you practice, stand straight face up but stay relaxed with all your strength in your support. Forget about the emotion of the song and focus on the technique and vowel placements for that note. Do a scale with the vowel for the note you are aiming for and remember how it feels. Go higher in the scale as well so you know that the top note of the song is note the top note of your range. You'll get there!
