How do you relax your throat when using Diaphragmatic support?

Hi! I'm quite new to KTVA, and I've just started to train my diaphragmatic support. The thing I find difficult is that when I'm trying to sing from my diaphragm, I start to feel tension, especially in my neck and throat, so I start to think about relaxing. However, it doesn't work. I've sung for a long time, but never really understood how to relax when singing

you have to actively monitor yourself for tension and release whenever you spot any. you need to be able to remember the relaxed feeling and recall it. you do that by training regularily
