Re-downloading the course after links expire

I have already emailed the help email about this, but I figured posting here cant hurt. The hard-drive I had the course on randomly died the other day and the files cant be accessed. is there a way to re-download the course?

You've already done the correct thing by e-mailing KTVA.
You may want to make a backup copy of your files in secure, private cloud storage.
