Narrow Vowels?

I'm a bit confused on narrowing vowels... what are some good examples of narrowing vowels to hit higher notes more efficiently? Also, what are some good examples of this in the course so I can revisit? Thank you!

    you can go to any lesson on vowel modifications, which is just another way of saying "narrow the vowels".

    there should be a chart in vol 1 PDF to give you a systematic list of the mods

    you can also check out the student demonstration videos (all the vowel scales will have good info)
