Hey I have been doing the courses for a year and I feel I’m regressing and not far along as I should be. Would love some advice.

    @Elara I don’t know if should just start over or continue. I have made it all the way to level 5. It’s been a little over a year since I started. I wasn’t using the lowered larynx at first because I didn’t understand it correctly. It also took a long time to figure out “pushing down on the diaphragm” I don’t know what to do. I’m disheartened and in need of guidance. I just need someone knowledgeable to talk over what path I should proceed with. I don’t think I did the courses correctly for the first half or more of the time. I’m just stumped. Would love to discuss things further with you.

    @luketaylor925 It's not unusual for students to need some clarification on aspects of the course, and a check from others that they are doing the course correctly. That's why these forums exist. :) Once you have your Student access, you'll see hundreds of posts containing advice and personal experiences. We can't discuss course content outside of the student-only areas, so please apply for access as soon as you can.
