Would the 30 minute singer help me with mixed voice?

Hello everyone, I am new to the forums. I recently bought the 30 minute signer program and wonder if it would help me out. My range is form a A2-G4 in chest voice, sometimes can go to a G#4 on good days but from there I can’t any higher without straining, I heard you should use mixed voice to reach those higher notes. My goal is to reach up to a C5.

Yes, 30-minute will greatly assist in developing your mixed voice if you regularly do the exercises. You don't have to have the specific mixed voice exercises in vol 5 of the 3.0 course to begin to substantaily develop your mixed voice. Any exercise that takes you above the segundo passagio is helping bridge into some form of mixed voice even if it starts out as mostly releasing into head voice at first.
The vol 5 exercises enable you to expand the notes over which you bridge. That is, to expand your mixed voice. -
