First off it depends on your starting point, I started the course 15 months ago pitch wasn't great at the start, worked hard and have improved alot. But you have to put in the time, effor and dedication 1 hour 5-6 days per week.
If you can't hear the difference in singing let me say that Kati came to Ken because she was losing her voice because of what she was doing in the first video. What she did in the second video is pretty astounding and any serious student of voice will understand the difference between the two.
So, yes students come here and they improve, but in ways that someone who is casual to singing would have a hard time understanding.

This was my 12 month milestone with before and after.
My singing has improved since then, tone, range, pitch everything.
