Hello, I just purchased the USB course. I want to learn to sing that way it can complement my guitar playing and I can record myself doing covers. I've done another vocal course before but was dissatisfied. I wanted to know if I have the right approach to this or if I can get some insight on how to approach the first volumes. I learned from the first 5 videos how important diaphragm support is. I was planning on practicing the breathing technique for a week 20 minutes a day and then move on to the next video. Also I played sports all my life and I understand the importance of core strength for the body. Is there any singing specific core exercises i should be doing? I've only heard great things about KTVA and I really want to try my best in this.
Thanks

Also since you mentioned you play guitar and your goal is to sing covers and play your guitar I would highly recommend practicing both at the same time occasionally. You will still want to put aside time to practice both individually but you also want to get some time in doing them both at the same time. Playing two instruments simultaneously is a skill unto itself don't wait until you've mastered both to start mastering them together.

If you do what Ken says you will definitely notice growth in your voice. Wigs has posted some great links all about how to do volume 1. Make sure you read the PDF as well that comes with Ken's course.
