Once you have your access, you will find different categories of the forum. Blue is open to the public, other colours will be for students, for 20/20 you will probably see alot of green categories.
There is alot of information in here so dive deep and look back at least 3-6 months where you'll find all kinds of discussions regarding the course.
As for how loud to sing while doing the exercises, the bridging should only be as loud as you can smoothly go through your passagio without hearing a break or yodel.
For chest stretching, this will be loud, but make sure you are not shouting at the top of your lungs, it's a controlled projection.
