How to start?

This is a dumb question, but I bought and downloaded the course. A bunch of folders and files that don't seem consistently named or organized. In the manual for Volume 1, it states "WATCH THE LAST VIDEO FIRST (HOW TO DO VOLUME 1)." I can find no video with that name anywhere. I know this is crazy but I'm really confused how to start this thing! What exactly should my daily practice be day one? Day 10? Day 20? I feel lost. Help!

I took some time to get an overview and renamed everything. It felt soooooooo good! Now there is consistency and they are named better so that I can easily find what I am looking for
This might be a side effect of what I do for a living, I am a software developer and I try to write clean and consistent code
I bought the course some months ago and I have watched some of the videos but I really think it could be organized better. It confuses me too. Well, I got the student access - and @Wigs, I will try to look at your links and see if I can get it to be any clearer - so I can get started :-)
